We capped the dinner off with a warm chocolate cake, and chocolate fondue with bananas, citrus-flavored marshmellows, pineapples, churros, coconut pastries, and strawberries. Yum!
For my main dish, I ordered Asada tacos, which are made with spicy beef, veggies, and parmesan and served with a side of red rice and baked beans (see above).
I have received a couple complaints from some of my very few and true followers that I haven't updated my blog in quite some time. It's a new year, so I will try to get this back on track. There is far too much back-tracking to do, so I will just start with yesterdays dine out. If anyone cares to see the rest of my August Russia pictures, feel free to email me.
Here we go... So last night, my sister Gina and I went out for some Mexican grub with our two oldest friends, Lucy and Zoe. Like an idiot, I left my wallet at home (dear Gina had to cover my tab, thanks Gina- I owe you), so I had to skip out on the classic margarita. However, the food was so delicious, I didn't even mind.
We started off with guacamole and chips. Lucy and I are big spicy fans, Gina and Zoe not so much, so we opted for the medium guacamole and were also given several dips of differing spice degrees (see above).
