And Emily brought a Pepperidge Farm cookie platter for dessert.
Bowtie pasta with grated cheese and a white truffle oil and black pepper based sauce.
Baked eggplant parmesan.
Probably the most minimal salad I have ever made in my life: feta cheese, craisins, mixed baby greens, and an olive oil-based dressing.
Some lovely flowers from Miss Joli (for lack of vase, they are residing in a cooking pot).
Most of this was gone by the end of the evening.
Sorry folks (all five or so of you). I know it's been a while. But I decided as a New Year's resolution, rather than hauling my ass to the gym, it's time to pick up on getting fat- with Nat (that's me)! Here I am, back and fatter than ever.
As we have recently embarked upon a new year, I will just start early this month.
At the beginning of December, my sister Gina and I moved into a new place. A bunch of my Skidmore ladies came over to see the new pad. We all contributed to a very large wine, cheese, and cracker platter (some of which is pictured below, there was also a sole Granny Smith involved). Then I cooked dinner.
